Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking HR professionals with a range of skills and experiences who are passionate about local government. Whether you’re just starting in HR or are an experienced HR leader, we want to hear from you.

Position Responsibilities May Include:

  • Leading recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Advising on HR policies, workplace culture, and staff development.
  • Managing employee relations, including performance and conflict resolution.
  • Overseeing training programs, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with local government legislation and HR best practices.

Position Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in an HR role or recent qualifications in HR or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local government operations is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems used in the public sector.
