You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to align workforce capability with the Council’s strategic goals and your ability to coach, influence, and build trust across all levels of the organisation will be key to your success.
About You
With sound experience in a senior HR, People and Culture, or Workforce Development role preferably within local government, public sector or a complex organisation you are renowned for your capacity to work collaboratively in a community-focused environment, demonstrating integrity, cultural respect, and a solution-focused approach.
