As the Lead Business Partner in the People and Capability team, you will play a role in this transformation, building frameworks, strengthening governance around policies and procedures, and embedding a culture of integrity that will shape Council’s future.
This is a role where you will work closely with the Manager of P&C, giving you a rare opportunity to set the direction under your remit, influence decisions, work closely with staff on the ground, and leave a lasting legacy for both Council and the community.
